Bio

Teresa has a Physiotherapy Degree from Australian Catholic University gained in the year 2013. She has been working as a registered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in private practices in Brisbane, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand. Teresa provided physiotherapy services to touring theatre companies at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre and Auckland Civic Theatre. She is a trained comprehensive Polestar Pilates instructor which now largely influences her physiotherapy practice. Teresa's main passion however, is dance. She began dance classes at the age of 5 at Julie-ann Lucas School of Dance in Brisbane and continued her practice of dance at the Queensland Dance School of Excellence under the mentorship of the Queensland Ballet. Achieving her RAD Advanced 2 Ballet Levels and Teaching Diplomas in CSTD Tap and Jazz. Victory Performance Centre in Auckland is where Teresa likes to combine these disciplines working with children, teenagers and adults.
