Testimonial

I have been searching for the "right" mentor and I have now found her. Lisa Howell's methodology and approach to a dancer's body provides an upgrade and new understanding on safe training for longevity with less injury. I am excited to continue my education with Lisa and her program and also to put into practice this new information with my students and instructors.
