Testimonial
Experiences like these always come at the right time. I needed a workshop that supported my safe practice in class and although I am a certified PBT teacher that advocates for this, I needed to understand what exactly to look out for. I will now assess each child and weave in specific exercises to help them, and will have a monthly focus topic for the general class e.g jumps, spinal mobility etc.
