To really improve your pointe range and achieve your ultimate potential it is essential to understand exactly where pointe range comes from and where you are restricted. Every foot is different and so the techniques that will improve it are different. Comprising of 41 clear and concise videos, totalling just under 2 hours play time, this course begins with a series of assessments to establish exactly what structures are restricting your pointe range. It then explores a diverse array of massage techniques, joint mobility exercises and fascial mobilisers to safely improve your pointe range. This is followed by an in depth look at retraining all of the muscles that stabilise the foot and ankle to allow you to actually use your new found pointe range in class!
There are PDF downloads of the workbook for each section at the bottom of the Members Area. This allows you to print out the sheets you need, as well as a handy guide to plan out your individual training program.
If you would prefer the full colour professionally printed workbook that compliments this online course, you can purchase this directly through Amazon. This guide has detailed, illustrated instructions of all of the exercises and helps you keep your notes and progress in one place.
Many dancers struggle with achieving a nice line of their foot and ankle, and will often do anything to make their pointe range better. Unfortunately, many of the things that dancers do to try to improve their feet are potentially harmful. This includes things like stretching them under a piano, and using various kinds of foot stretching devices.
In my opinion, pushing your body in the direction you want it to go is often the slowest and most dangerous way of getting there, and this definitely applies when working with pointe range. Forcefully stretching feet usually stretches what is already mobile, and compresses structures in the back of the ankle, rather than targeting the elements that are actually restricting your range.
To really improve your pointe range and achieve your ultimate potential it is essential to understand exactly where pointe range comes from, and where you are restricted. Every foot is different, and so the techniques that will improve it are different. I rarely support the “No Pain, No Gain” theory, and this definitely does not work when working on pointe range!
Instead, this unique online video program works through specific assessment of the foot to determine the exact points of restriction, then employs a specific set of massage techniques, mobilisation techniques and specific exercises to achieve your maximal pointe range safely!

This program made such a difference in such a short time. I’m an adult dancer and despaired of ever getting a high Demi pointe and a fully pointed ankle. My feet feel great and I can actually feel things moving through the mid foot. The joint mobilisers, front fascia release and the first 3D mobiliser in particular worked wonders with very little direct stretching (after years of safe but fruitless stretching). I rarely do reviews but this product is really making a difference for me. Thank you so much for sharing it Lisa.
