After many years as a ballet student, I took my dance skills to the pool and spent the next 4 decades involved in synchronized swimming. As an injured athlete I discovered both Pilates and GYROTONIC systems and returned to ballet and ballroom dancing with a passion to share, through teaching, the knowledge that was shared with me!
