About this workbook:
Progressing onto pointe is a big jump up in a dancer's training, and there are many things to check off before getting final approval. There are too many elements to be covered in a single session, so dancers should ideally go through a process of incremental assessments, followed by targeted corrective exercises, in order to check off each one. It may take some time to cover all of the elements, but doing so will make sure that when the dancer does get their pointe shoes, dancing in them as pain-free and fun as possible.
