Bio

I studied ballet from age 5 and trained at the New Zealand School of Dance to be a teacher. I later went on the study Massage Therapy and continued to have an interest in dancers. In 2016 I completed Lisa’s Level 1 course, which was a great combination of my two loves. I am committed to helping young dancers understand their own bodies and how best they can work. I am lucky enough to work in a collaborative team of health professionals.
