Bio

Trained in Classical Ballet, I taught both Ballet and Jazz in three of the major studios in Chicago, Ellis-DuBoulay, Lou Conte Dance Studio, and Ruth Page School of Dance. I taught dance for twenty years and used Pilates to help me prevent injuries incurred by teaching. I became RomanasPilates certified in 2002 and have changed to teaching Pilates exclusively. I know firsthand how important Pilates is for correcting form and imbalances in a dancer's body.
