Foot & Ankle Massage Sequence!
The foot and ankle massage sequence is a great exercise to reduce tension and improve mobility of the feet. Some gentle soft tissue massage of the muscles in the foot can allow a lot more mobility in your plié, your placement of your rise and even your pointe range.
