Jessica is a physiotherapist who specialises in Pilates, Exercise Prescription & Functional Movement. With twenty years experience in teaching Pilates & movement, & a commitment to continuing education, she is an instructor who is well respected by her colleagues in the industry. With such extensive experience, she is comfortable and competent dealing with a broad range of ages and conditions. Jessica is a talented instructor, able to work just as effectively with clients who are completely new to Pilates & movement as she is with elite athletes & dancers.
