Bio

Kerry is head ballet teacher at Dance Lab Studios in Byron Bay and has 13 years previous teaching experience in RAD ballet, contemporary and jazz classes. She is currently enrolled in the RAD certificate program working towards registration in 2020. Previously Kerry graduated from QUT in Brisbane with an Associate Diploma of Arts – Dance and then completed a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Psychology. Kerry performed as a commercial dancer in Qld for 6 years. Kerry worked for a year at the RAD headquarters in London as registrar for distance learning courses. After years of travel and becoming a mum, Kerry became a personal trainer specialising in post natal training and is also a registered holistic Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York. Kerry is finding the return to ballet teaching challenging, fulfilling and extremely rewarding.
