Bio

I have been working 25 years as a musculoskeletal physio and for the last 10 years with a special interest in dance, both injury treatment, and injury prevention. I have attended several dance-related courses including Lisa Howel's flexibility course, dance injury courses, and pilates for dancers. I have also shadowed the physios at the Royal Ballet at Whitelodge and the Royal Opera House.I am the physio for the Danscenter in Aberdeen and work closely with the dance teachers.
