Band-ITS are a revolutionary, simple and yet powerful resistance training tool. This equipment is small, portable and yet fully independent, requiring no extra adjuncts or tether points to use it. All you need is yourself and the will to improve.

There are three options available for purchase:

  1. The Lower Body Starter Kit is primarily focused on training the legs, hips, pelvis and core.  It is suitable for all users and allows individuals to select a resistance level that is suited to them and start training straight away. It includes yellow and red bands and is an ideal starting point for most dancers, over the age of 13.
  2. The Upper Body Kit comes with wrist straps and is a wonderful way to add on strengthening work through range for the shoulder girdle. Ideal for both girls and boys, especially when commencing Pas de deux work.
  3. The Full Kit includes additional green and blue bands and is great for stronger dancers, and for performing more cross-training exercises. Great for dancers who want to supplement their dance training with resistance work but who do not want to “bulk up” in the wrong areas.

Band-ITS can be used by:

Band-ITS really are the height in versatility for accentuating your training regime.

The YELLOW level is ideal for beginners, injury rehabilitation and the elderly adult looking for light strength training, or for dancers working on full range of motion exercises.

The RED level is ideal for those completing advanced training, teenagers, rehabilitation, beginner adult sports training and the elderly adult looking for strength training. This level is also ideal for training strength with kicks and extensions once proper stability has been achieved with the lower resistance.

The GREEN level is good for older, stronger dancers as they progress, or for more Personal Training type pelvic stability exercises.

The BLUE level is perfect for more intense training for advanced exercises. Ideal for men, professional dancers and training more powerful moves.

It should be noted that the outlined levels listed above many vary between females & males and this should be taken into consideration when choosing the level that is right for you.

The Lower Body Starter Kit includes:
